General Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it for any reason.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. An email confirming the purchase and/or invoice number will be sufficient.
Faulty and/or Damaged Returns
Our non-supplier Warranty is 90 days. However; manufacturers have various Trade Tool Warranty’s which we will honor*.
If returning faulty and/or damaged goods under our standard non-supplier Warranty your item must be faulty or damaged with images provided to us and not suitable for it’s designed purpose.
To be eligible for a standard non-supplier Warranty return:
- You must advise us of the fault / damage within 90 days of receiving the goods.
- You must send photo’s of the fault / damage.
- The fault / damage must not have been caused by misuse or negligence.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. An email confirming the purchase and/or invoice number will be sufficient.
If returning faulty and/or damaged goods under the manufacturers Trade Tool Warranty, your item must be faulty or damaged with images provided to us and not suitable for it’s designed purpose.
To be eligible for a manufacturers Trade Tool Warranty return:
- You must advise us of the fault / damage within the manufacturers warranty period. This period commences from time of receipt to the period indicated by the manufacturer.
- You must send photo’s of the fault / damage.
- The fault / damage must not have been caused by misuse or negligence.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. An email confirming the purchase and/or invoice number will be sufficient.
Note: the manufacturer will assist us in making a determination of the reason for fault / damage.
Refund or Exchange
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate one of the following:
- Replace any faulty / damaged item/s purchased OR
- Refund the purchase price to your credit card (or original method of payment). This will not include freight.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
